How often should I see a dentist?

NICE guidance says the interval between check-ups should depend on your own risk of dental problems: anything from three months to two years for adults. For many people every six to twelve months works well.

Check-ups are a chance to spot small issues early, while they are simpler to look after. We will always recommend an interval based on your own mouth, and explain why.

If it has been a while, there is no judgement here. Call us and we will help you get back on track at a pace that feels comfortable.
